Reset browser settings

Internet Explorer

  1. Press Alt+X and click Internet options.
  2. Select Advanced tab and press Reset.
  3. Mark Delete personal settings and click Reset.
  4. Once the reset is complete, press Close and OK.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Press Firefox button and go to Help.
  2. Click Troubleshooting information.
  3. Press Reset Firefox on another tab. Click Reset Firefox again.
  4. When the reset is complete, press Finish.

Google Chrome

  1. Press Alt+F and go to Settings.
  2. Select Open a page or set of pages under On Startup. Click Set pages.
  3. Remove search.conduit.com and enter a new home page address. Click OK.
  4. Select Manage search engines under Search.
  5. Set a new default search engine and remove anything related to Conduit. Click Done.
