It is important for the users to understand that their national law enforcement authorities do not have a jurisdiction to lock down their personal computers. Therefore, if there is a notification plastered across the screen saying that you have violated a national criminal law, it is obviously a fake message.
The infection will demand that you transfer a 100 euro fine via Ukash or PaySafeCard alternative payment systems within 48 hours since the infringement. It says that once you transfer the money your computer will be unlocked within 24 hours. Otherwise you could be charged for distributing child pornography and face an imprisonment sentence.
