  1. Open the browser and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
  2. Select Options to open a new window
  3. Click the General tab and find the Home Page.
  4. Overwrite/delete the URL and click OK.
  5. Now move to the Firefox search box on the right.
  6. Click the search provider icon and select Manage Search Engines.
  7. Remove the undesirable search provider and click OK.

Remove from Internet Explorer:

  1. Open the browser and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
  2. In the Tools menu select Manage Add-ons.
  3. Select Search Providers.
