Unfortunately, users are often careless when it comes to downloading software and using services too, which is why malware developers and schemers are thriving. While TelevisionAce Toolbar represents links that are different from the ones offered via WorldOfNotes Toolbar, EasyDirectionsFinder Toolbar, ScenicHomepage Toolbar, and many others created by Mindspark Interactive Network, all of these toolbars have at least one thing in common: They all promote MyWay Search. This search engine shows search results that are taken from the reputable Google Search engine. The results are modified to include sponsored links, which is why we do not recommend trusting this search tool. Unfortunately, it takes the center stage, and most users are likely to employ it at one point or another. Of course, you can evade the search tool, but you have to think about other things as well. For example, are you okay with the PUP recording your virtual activity and sharing information with third-party advertisers who then can show sponsored content? If you do not want to be tracked, and you do not want to see ads everywhere you go, you might decide to delete TelevisionAce Toolbar.

In non-techie terms:

Although TelevisionAce Toolbar is not an incredibly malicious infection, it is classified as a potentially unwanted program that might change your browser’s settings just to introduce you to a search engine that does not have much to do with the original service that is offered. Speaking of this service, it simply helps find authentic video streamers, but, in a nutshell, it does not offer anything exclusive or highly beneficial. Overall, that is not the only thing to consider. If you are also unhappy about the PUP’s ability to spy on you and, moreover, share data with third parties that include unidentified advertisers, you definitely should remove TelevisionAce Toolbar without further hesitation. The guide above shows how to do it manually, but remember that anti-malware software can be extremely helpful too.
