  4. Select the unwanted search engine and click Remove.
  5. Tap Alt+T and navigate to Options.
  6. Under the General tab, type in URL and click OK.

Google Chrome

  1. Launch your browser and then tap Alt+F.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Mark Open a specific page or set of pages. Click Set pages.
  4. Change/Add address and click OK.
  5. In Appearance section, mark Show Home button and then click Change.
  6. Overwrite URL and click OK.
  7. Click Manage search engines in Search section.
  8. Select a new search engine and then click Make default.
  9. Click on the useless provider. Click X.
  10. Click Done.
