RRSavings Removal Guide

Do you know what RRSavings is?

RRSavings is a free browser plug-in for active online shoppers, who want to be provided with the latest offers and hot deals. RRSavings is developed by Adpeak, Inc., which is already known to malware and spyware researchers because of ScorpionSaver, SavingsBull, and GetSavin, all of which are categorized as adware. RRSavings is compatible with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox, and, if you have all these Internet browsers, get ready to be bombarded with various pop-ups.

RRSavings displays numerous advertisements of different types, including web banners, pop-up advertisements, coupons, and in-line advertisements, which pop up when you hover the mouse pointer over a hyperlinked word. RRSavings pop-ups are displayed on commercial websites, including Best Buy, GameSpot, Walmart, Target, and many others. The advertisements displayed by RRSavings are owned by the third party advertisements, which means that you interact with those advertisements at your own. The websites advertised are not endorsed by RRSavings, so, if you do not want to risk your privacy, you should remove RRSavings from the computer as soon as you find that you are provided with questionable ads, some of which carry the label “by RRSavings”.RRSavings Removal GuideRRSavings screenshot

Like other adware programs, RRSavings can provide you wind deceptive advertisements encouraging you to update your software programs or implement new ones. There are dozens of scam websites distributing adware programs, trial versions of system optimization tools, and other desktop applications. Such advertisements can be hosted on various servers, including ndo.coreopti.net and srv123.com.

RRSavings can also monitor your online behavior using cookies and web beacons. RRSavings collects non-personally identifiable information, but bear in mind that some personally identifiable information may be acquired by RRSavings.  As the privacy policy of the browser plug-in suggests, RRSavings records your IP address, browser type, and some other browsing session related information. The third parties to which you are taken by RRSavings pop-ups may also monitor information about you; hence, you should pay more attention to your online security, especially if your operating system is note protected from malware and spyware programs.
