  2. Select Tools and click Extensions to find the installed plugins.
  3. Find the undesirable one, click the recycle bin and select Remove.
  4. Simultaneously tap Alt+F one more time.
  5. In the menu on the right click Settings and move to On Startup.
  6. Select Open a specific page or set of pages and click Set pages.
  7. Overwrite/delete the URL representing the unwanted search tool and click OK.
  8. Under Appearance mark Show Home button and click Change.
  9. Overwrite/delete the URL representing the unwanted search tool and click OK.
  10. Choose a new default search tool, remove (click X) the unwanted one and select Done.

Remove from Internet Explorer:

  1. Open the browser and simultaneously tap Alt+T.
  2. In the Tools menu select Manage Add-ons.
  3. In the menu on the left click Toolbars and Extensions.
  4. Disable the undesirable plugin.
  5. Now in the menu on the left click Search Providers.
  6. Choose a new default search tool, Remove the unwanted one and click Close.
  7. Tap Alt+T one more time and select Internet Options.
  8. Click the General tab on the left and find the Home Page.
  9. Overwrite/delete the undesirable URL and click OK.

Remove from Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open the browser and move to the Firefox search box on the right.
  2. Click the search provider icon and select Manage Search Engines.
  3. Remove the undesirable search provider and click OK.
  4. Click the same search provider icon and choose a new default option.
  5. Simultaneously tap Alt+T to open the Tools menu and select Options.
  6. Click the General tab on the left and find the Home Page.
  7. Overwrite/delete the undesirable URL and click OK.
  8. Simultaneously tap Ctrl+Shift+A to open the Add-ons Manager.
  9. Click Extensions and Remove the undesirable plugins.
