  3. Click Refresh Firefox.
  4. Click the Refresh Firefox button again.

Google Chrome

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Tap Alt+F simultaneously and go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click Show advanced settings.
  4. Click Reset settings.
  5. Click Reset.

Get rid of leftovers

Registry keys:

  1. Tap the Windows key + R and type in regedit into the box. Click OK.

  4. Follow these key paths HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Classes\Interface\, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\Interface, and locate the following CLSID. Right-click on each of them and click Delete:

  5. Find the following registry keys and delete them:
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStorage\ and delete it.

  1. Open the File Explorer (tap the Windows key + E).
  2. Copy and Paste c:\Program Files\ (if you use 32-bit Windows) or c:\Program Files (x86)\ (if you use 64-bit Windows).
  3. Find the MyTelevisionHQ_ft directory and remove it.

  2. Copy and Paste c:\Documents and Settings\user\AppData\Local\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStore in the address bar.
  3. Check folders with the names that consist of random letters to find the mytelevisionhq.dl.tb.ask[1].xml file.
  4. Right-click on the file and select Delete.
  5. Open File Explorer once again.
  6. Enter c:\Documents and Settings\user\AppData\Local\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage in the address bar .
  7. Find the following files in the Local Storage directory and delete them one by one:

  • http_mytelevisionhq.dl.myway.com_0.localstorage-journal
  • http_mytelevisionhq.dl.tb.ask.com_0.localstorage
  • http_mytelevisionhq.dl.tb.ask.com_0.localstorage-journal
