Mozilla Firefox

  1. Press Firefox button and click Options.

  3. Click search engine icon on the left of search box (top right corner).
  4. Select Manage search engines from the drop-down menu.
  5. Remove undesirable search engines and click OK.
  6. Press Ctrl+Shift+A and Add-ons manager tab will open.
  7. Remove unwanted plugins from Extensions and restart your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Press Alt+F and go to Tools.
  2. Click Extensions and remove unwanted plugins.
  3. Click Settings on the left.
  4. Select Open a specific page or set of pages. Click Set pages.
  5. Change your home page address and click OK.
  6. Select Manage search engines under Search.
  7. Set a new default search engine, remove and click Done.
