Malware Catcher Removal Guide
Do you know what Malware Catcher is?
DESCRIPTION
Malware Catcher is a fake anti-spyware program that comes from the same authors as Virus Melt and Virus Sweeper. Malware Catcher, just like Virus Melt and Virus Sweeper, performs various tasks to get computer users to purchase a full version of the rogue application. Malware Catcher, once installed, will start to scan your system and display fake results. Also, you may get bogus popup messages that could lead to redirecting you to a malicious website to purchase Malware Catcher. Malware Catcher may come from a Trojan infection or directly from the www.malwarecatcher.net website.
In non-techie terms:
Do not ever purchase Malware Catcher under any circumstances. Malware Catcher is not able to remove or detect malware. Malware Catcher could slow down the performance of your computer or potentially cause damage. It is best to remove Malware Catcher before any of this happens.
