Internet Explorer

  1. Open your browser and tap Alt+T.

Google Chrome

  1. Open your browser and tap Alt+F.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. Click Reset settings and then click the Reset button.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open your browser and tap Alt+H to access the Help menu.
  2. Click Troubleshooting information.
  3. Click Refresh Firefox.
  4. Click the Refresh Firefox button once again.
