reset the cuptomer back about 2 weeks and use an antivirus program to clean it. I tried to install mcafee but the Spyware was taking up so much space on the cuptomer i kept getting notifications that I didnt have enough memory on my cuptomer to install it. so i checked alot of the websites for advice. One person said to call microsoft’s free web help hotline 18667272338. I called them and eventually after doing several checks of my cuptomer system, I was told to go to eset.com and do a free cuptomer scan.(Never heard of them until this week) Eset picked up alot of infected files and I was able to delete them. Also the microsoft rep remotely deleted alot of the files. The result, i thought Spyware protect was gone. But not quite. But most of the files were gone so I was able to install a free month trial of their newest software ESET smart security 4.0. Once I installed it and ran a full cuptomer scan, my eset software picked up several more infected files and they were deleted. Eset is a lifesaver! I made sure i did research on the best antivirus, antispyware software etc. and from what I read from consumer reports and others is that eset is the best! I just wanted to share my experience with others and hopefully it will save you hours and hours of frustration and despair. I know i sound like a commercial but I am so happy and i feel much more secure.
