Do you know what AndromedaAntivirus is?
DESCRIPTION
AndromedaAntivirus or Andromeda AntiVirus, is a fake anti-spyware program found to be a clone of the MS Antivirus 2008 rogue anti-spyware program. We know first hand how MS Antivirus 2008 was discovered to be a very devious program that tries to get computer users to waste their money on the full version. AndromedaAntivirus is no exception to this rule as it uses some of the same tactics through it’s annoying popups and alert messages.
AndromedaAntivirus may come from a Trojan such as Zlob or even from a virus that you may have got from surfing a porn or hacked site. AndromedaAntivirus is not a good program to leave installed on your computer.
In non-techie terms: Uninstalling AndromedaAntivirus from the add-remove programs function is usually not enough to get rid of the entire AndromedaAntivirus program. You should take the necessary steps to completely remove AndromedaAntivirus. Do not purchase AndromedaAntivirus under any circumstances.
Aliases: AndromedaAntivirus, Andromeda Antivirus.
