The version of the virus I have does not allow me to enter into safe mode without giving me a warning and shutting me down with a 1 minute timer. Even when I am in safe mode I cannot run .exe files, Add/Remove Hardware, or anything. I cannot boot normally either, I recieve a screen with a warning message about spyware in broken english and I cannot access anything............
