  7. Log on to the computer and launch the Explorer (Windows key+E).
  8. Find the listed location: C:\WINDOWS\Intel Corporation\Intel HD Graphics
  9. Search for a file named as Intel.exe, right-click it and choose Delete.
  10. Press Windows Key+R to launch the RUN, then type Regedit and press Enter.
  11. Locate the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
  12. Look for a value name called Intel HD Graphics (its value data should point to C:\WINDOWS\Intel Corporation\Intel HD Graphics\Intel.exe).
  13. Right-click the Intel HD Graphics and select Delete.
  14. Find keys named as Intel HD Graphics in the given directories and right-click them to Delete:

  15. Empty the Recycle bin.

Windows 8\Windows 10

  1. Restart your computer and be prepared to complete the 2-3 steps as soon as the system restarts.
  2. Quickly press Ctrl+Shift+Esc and click the Startup tab.
  3. Find the Intel HD Graphics and disable it before it launches.
  4. Open the Explorer (Windows key+E) and find the given location: C:\WINDOWS\Intel Corporation\Intel HD Graphics
  5. Locate an executable file titled as Intel.exe, right-click it and choose Delete.
  6. Launch the RUN by clicking Windows Key+R, type Regedit and press OK.
  7. Search for the listed path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
  8. Find a value name called Intel HD Graphics (check if its value data points to: C:\WINDOWS\Intel Corporation\Intel HD Graphics\Intel.exe).
  9. Right-click the Intel HD Graphics and press Delete.
  10. Find the given paths separately and delete keys called Intel HD Graphics.
